How fast can you arrive?
Within 4 hours for Klang Valley. Outer cities (Ipoh, Penang, Johor Bahru, Melaka) are under 8 hours. Truly urgent calls at midnight are usually dispatched within 90 minutes in KL.
Do you work at 2 AM?
Yes. We run a 24/7 line with no surcharge before midnight. After midnight a small after-hours fee applies for full rewiring jobs only — emergency plug point or breaker resets stay at flat pricing.
Are your electricians certified?
Every wireman is ST (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) registered. Ask on WhatsApp and we'll send you the electrician's registration number and photo ID before they arrive.
How do you charge?
Fixed per-job pricing: plug point from RM80, ceiling fan install from RM150, downlight from RM60, water heater from RM150. Larger jobs (full rewiring, DB upgrade) are quoted on-site with written scope.
Do you serve apartments and condos?
Yes — landed houses, condos, apartments, shoplots and factories. If your building requires a permit-to-work, we can usually arrange it on the same visit.
Do you warranty your work?
30-day workmanship warranty on every job. If the same fault returns within 30 days, we come back and refix it with no call-out fee.
